The most important thing we can do for ourselves and our children is maintain a healthy body weight. It is important for a woman in particular to have a healthy uterus and a healthy body. Even a 10 lb weight gain is not too much and can cause serious health issues later on down the line.

One of the biggest problems that can happen is due to improper nutrition. Eating all the right food can be dangerous if you are severely under weight. This is even more true when you are eating that much, which is nearly impossible.

For a mom this is very dangerous. It can lead to poor milk production in the breast, cause an increase in low milk that will have to be removed form the breast before the nursing period is over and a huge decrease in milk that helps enrich the newborn’s big capacity things like the brain and body growth.

Here are some ways to have a healthy body, all natural and safe to pass on to you children.

Drink water-

Water is the elixir of life. Water is necessary for every single cell in the body. In fact, it is claimed that a lack of water in the body can cause malfunction within cells and can possibly lead to these issues.

You also must keep in mind that when you are exercising, water helps decrease and prevents overheating and sweating. Having enough water to drink on a regular basis helps keep a regular metabolism in tune and boosts energy levels.

Eat right-

My mom and my dad used to always say that you should eat right “three squares” a day. There is nothing wrong with eating three square meals a day and as long as it is the right ones, it is not very wrong.

It is a common sight that you see an overweight mom and what will be in store for her as a mom having to feed three babies at once. A problem such as this can be avoided with a healthy diet.

Do not count calories-

Unless you are a body builder, you are not going to perceive a lot of myself to your child. For a basic day its good enough to eat well and if you do not have the right kind of food its OK to not do anything special but you take the right amount of fruits and veggies and eat everything in moderation.

A good attitude is important and make sure you keep your day honest and positive. If you don’t feel like feeding yourself in the morning and the evening still get up eat a sandwich or drink a cup of coffee and go and go to bed.

Don’t take sick days-

If you are feeling sick during the day or even thinking about it. You will experience all kinds of ups and downs from morning to night, so just take sick days

Food can be very powerful-

We all know that the what of motherhood is foods such as and potatoes, and grains and pasta, and also juices and desserts.

Some of them can give you an upset stomach, diarrhea, cramps in your legs, bounce your hormones and affect your whole body chemistry. You are highly under plea for them to especially during the first months of your pregnancy.

Most of the time the harmful effects from these are more pronounced after giving birth and most cases concern postnatal health and have been linked with postfreeze injury of the fetus.

Keep a good healthy body fit-

In the end we all eat to live and that is the best you can do.

Keep your checks and your confidence up and try to function your best that way.

Keep an eye on what you eat and keep a positive attitude.
