My mom and my dad used to always say that you should eat right “three squares” a day. There is nothing wrong with eating three square meals a day and as long as it is the right ones, it is not very wrong.

It is a common sight that you see an overweight mom and what will be in store for her as a mom having to feed three babies at once. A problem such as this can be avoided with a healthy diet.

Do not count calories-

Unless you are a body builder, you are not going to perceive a lot of myself to your child. For a basic day its good enough to eat well and if you do not have the right kind of food its OK to not do anything special but you take the right amount of fruits and veggies and eat everything in moderation.

A good attitude is important and make sure you keep your day honest and positive. If you don’t feel like feeding yourself in the morning and the evening still get up eat a sandwich or drink a cup of coffee and go and go to bed.

Don’t take sick days-

If you are feeling sick during the day or even thinking about it. You will experience all kinds of ups and downs from morning to night, so just take sick days

Food can be very powerful-
